Abbietabbie used a star tip on the fondant to create the grass.

There has been a small study done that links the desire for chocolate to the type of bacteria living in people's digestive system. So we can look at this as an "excuse" for why we crave chocolate 24/7 or whatever -- just hand over the chocolate!

I just want to send out props and congratulations to everyone who competed at the 2007 Oklahoma Sugar Art Show. I was unable to go but April sent me her pictures. Amazing work, everyone. Hopefully, I will see some of you there next year!
