OK! I can't wait any longer!
I Heart Valentine's Day! Like Turkeys and Snowmen -- for those that know me -- I love hearts, pinks and reds just as much. My all time fave -- things that kiss. I am the one on the grocery store aisle squealing with delight when the two bears kiss and make that smoochy noise!! LOVE IT!!

Phish Food Cake

Well, here it is now. Her sculpture on top of the cake was featured in In Touch Weekly magazine!! I was there with her as we purchased our copies and snapped the autograph picture.

I'd like to take a second here to pass on some info for an upcoming ICES DOS and a class in the Houston area --
ICES Texas is sponsoring a class at Larry's Arts & Crafts in Pasadena, Texas. JoEllen Simons is the teacher. The class is February 11-12 from 10 am to 5pm, $200.00. There will be a supply list and lunch is provided. JoEllen Simon is teaching the following:
Incredible techniques in Buttercream Borders
Unique and Beautiful Color Flow Cards
Precise and Artistic Extension Work
Floating GumPaste Collar with Brushed Embroidery

The demonstrators will be JoEllen Simon, Sharon Zambito, Jennifer Bartos, Gary Homan, and Cap Prachyl. The time is 9:30 to 4:30. Early Registration is 35.00, at door registration is 45.00 for ICES Members. Non-ICES members is 50.00 early and 60.00 at the door.
Sounds like a lot of fun, hope some of you guys can make it!!
