So I finally finished and posted my Santa cake from a class I took almost 2 weeks ago! This Santa Cake is just a little over 2-feet tall from base to the top of his head.
It is the cake I did in a class with Bronwen Weber. I had to bring him home to finish up his bag and repair his beard -- it was shaken off during the ride home.
